100% Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef

  • Sourced from Canadian Farms, our beef is entirely grass-fed and grass-finished.

  • Cattle are pasture-raised without the use of added hormones or antibiotics.

  • We employ rotational grazing, allowing animals to roam freely and pastures to regenerate naturally without artificial fertilizers, chemicals, or insecticides.

  • This approach benefits the environment, soil health, animal welfare, and ultimately, our customers

Ethically Raised & Vegetarian-Fed Angus AAA Beef

  • In collaboration with Bar Five Angus, we provide Angus AAA beef that is pasture-raised without added hormones or antibiotics.

  • Similar to our grass-fed beef, rotational grazing is practiced to promote natural pasture regeneration and animal well-being.

Understanding the Difference: AAA Grain-Finished vs. 100% Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished

  • Our 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef comes from cattle that consume only pasture and hay throughout their lives, contributing to natural pasture fertilization and regeneration.

  • AAA grain-finished beef is also pasture-raised but receives a non-GMO grain blend in the final weeks before market to enhance marbling, resulting in the AAA grade

Ontario Pork

  • We partner with Canadian pork farmers who have decades of experience in sustainable pork production.

  • Our pork is raised without growth hormones or chemicals and is free from ractopamine.

  • Farmers feed their animals with crops grown on their own fields, ensuring a natural diet.

Air-Chilled Ontario Poultry

  • Our poultry is free-run and raised without antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.
