Filet Gourmet – Subscription Terms for the Monthly Menu Box
By subscribing to the Filet Gourmet Monthly Menu Box, you agree to the following terms regarding payments, deliveries, renewals, cancellations, and pauses:
1. Initial Subscription
When you subscribe, the payment for your first Monthly Menu Box will be charged immediately on the day of subscription. After payment is confirmed, you will be able to select your preferred pick-up or delivery date from the available options.
2. Subscription Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews each month. Payment for the renewal is processed on the Friday before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date for the following week.
3. Same-Week Selections
If you select a pick-up or delivery date that falls within the same week as your renewal cycle, the payment will be charged on the same day you choose the date.
4. Pauses
Each subscriber is entitled to one (1) pause per year. Once this pause has been used, no additional pauses will be allowed during the remainder of the subscription period.
If you use your one pause, the free Monthly Menu Box normally planned for the 12th month will be postponed to the 13th month.
5.Missed Selection of Pick-Up or Delivery Date
You will receive email and text reminders to choose your pick-up or delivery date before the end of each month.
If you do not choose a date in time, and if your annual pause is still available, your account will automatically be paused for that month (and your free box will move to the 13th month).
If your pause has already been used, your subscription will be cancelled, and a charge equal to the monthly $10 discount you benefitted from for the duration of your subscription will be processed on the payment method associated with your Filet Gourmet account. In this case, you will also forfeit the free Monthly Menu Box. You will receive an email or text confirmation of the cancellation and penalty fee.
6. Commitment
By subscribing, you authorize Filet Gourmet to automatically charge the payment method you provide according to the rules described above, until you cancel your subscription or it is cancelled under these terms.
7. Payment Failure Policy
If a payment attempt fails, you will receive an email or text notification inviting you to update your payment information.
If the payment issue is not resolved before the scheduled charge date, your Monthly Menu Box will not be prepared or delivered.
After two failed payment attempts or five business days without correction, your subscription will be automatically terminated without further notice. Any unpaid balance or associated promotional benefits will be forfeited.
Disclaimer – Deliveries
By placing an order with Filet Gourmet, you acknowledge and agree that if no one is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery company may leave your box in front of your door. Filet Gourmet cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the box once it has been delivered to the specified address.
Disclaimer – Pickups
By selecting in-store pickup, you acknowledge and agree that your Monthly Menu Box must be collected within seven (7) days of your scheduled pickup date. After this period, Filet Gourmet cannot guarantee product freshness or availability. Unclaimed boxes will not be refunded or replaced, and any promotional benefits or discounts associated with that month’s box will be forfeited.
